My Grades and Blackboard

If your instructor is posting grades in Blackboard, you can find them:

  • Within a course: Tools - Course Tools, My Grades, or use any links provided by your instructor.
  • myBlackboard page: Global Navigation tool - upper right corner - and select Grades
  • myBlackboard page: Tools module, choose My Grades.

 If available, to view more details, click the Description, View Rubric, Comments, or Grading Criteria links.

Contact your instructor with any questions about your grades for a class.

Inline Grading - View your graded assignment in your browser.

 You may be able to view your grade and any comments your instructor made to your assignment submission right in your browser - directly from the assignment attempt without having to download the file, depending on the file type and browser.


 For some assignments in Blackboard, some instructors may include a link to a rubric. A rubric is a tool that lists evaluation criteria for an assignment. Instructors may use rubrics to help explain assignment evaluations to students.

Test/Quiz grades

To access feedback and grade information, select the test in the content area or use My Grades. On the View Attempts page, click the grade link in the Calculated Grade column to access the test, your answers, and any instructor feedback.

Final grades 

Course final grades can be viewed by by logging in to your myMadisonCollege. Contact your instructor with any questions about your grades for a class.
