Student Email
Your Outlook student email is the official means of communication with instructors and the College. Plan to use your student email for academic-related purposes.
After you have been accepted to a program or enrolled in a course, make sure you can access your email and check it regularly for updates and information. Log in to Outlook through a web browser or install the app on your mobile device to stay connected on the go.
Log in to your Outlook Student Email on the web
Navigate to your student email
- Start at the Madison College homepage https://madisoncollege.edu
- Select Current Students in the top navigation
- Select the Student Email button

Multiple email account issues
Many other colleges use Outlook for their student email. Sometimes you might click on your Madison College email account link and your other email account will appear, since your web browser is remembering that other account.
- In the Outlook Web App, select your icon in the top right corner and choose your other account (if logged in) or 'Sign in with a different account' to switch email accounts
- Remember to log out of your student email accounts, if on a shared computer
- Another option is to log out of your other college's email, clear your browser history and cache, and then log into your Madison College email account. You could also try in a different browser or incognito window.
How do I move to another email service when I am no longer a student?
Currently, if you have not been an active student for four or more semesters, your student email account will be deactivated.
In the future, student email accounts will be deactivated after three consecutive semesters of no academic activity.
To keep your email access, be sure to stay enrolled. Otherwise, ensure that you transfer important emails and update your contacts and connected accounts with a personal email address before your student email account is deactivated.

Microsoft 365 app launcher
Click the app launcher icon at the top left of your college email to see all your Microsoft 365 apps and services. This menu provides easy access to your OneDrive and Office for the web, which allows you to create, edit, view files online.
