What if I don't have the equipment I need to complete coursework at home?

The College is currently distributing a limited number of laptops and WiFi hotspots to students who need them for remote learning. If you are a current student in need of such equipment to successfully complete your semester, please visit the Technology Support page to learn more about the process and to submit a request. Fall 2021 Equipment Pickup Event

The College is hosting an equipment pick-up event several days prior to the start of the Fall 2021 semester. Students must first fill out the loan request form before going to campus. Once a request has been submitted, students will have the following options for equipment pickup:

  • Truax: Students can walk in August 21st-28th to pick up their equipment from the Gallery. No appointment necessary.
    • Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
    • Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm
  • South: Students can walk up to the loading dock August 16th-September 3rd to pick up equipment. No appointment necessary.
    • Monday-Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm 
    • Friday 8:00am-4:30pm 
    • Saturday – 9:00am-2:00pm 
  • Portage & Reedsburg: Students can come to the front desk during standard operating hours. No appointment necessary.
    • Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm
    • Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
  • Fort Atkinson & Watertown: Students can come to the front desk during standard operating hours. No appointment necessary.
    • Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm
    • Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
