How do I return the equipment I borrowed?

If you are continuing your enrollment, we will automatically renew your device(s) for the Summer/Fall 2021 term, if you enroll before May 25, 2021. If you’re continuing but you no longer need your device, you can follow the return instructions below. 

If you need assistance selecting your Summer/Fall 2021 classes, schedule an appointment with your advisor by calling (608) 246-6076. Or, if you haven’t already, download the Navigate app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. You can schedule an appointment or connect with your advisor, see your schedule, access helpful College resources, and more, right from the app. 

You have the following options for returning equipment: 

  • If you would like to drop off at Truax, you can make an appointment to return here:
  • You can also contact the Help Desk at 608-246-6666 or to arrange a time to return the device(s).
  • You can come to one of our other campuses during their operating hours: 
    • Fort Atkinson, Portage, Reedsburg, Watertown:
      • Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm 
      • If these times do not work, call the campus to schedule an appointment. 
    • Goodman South :
  • If you cannot drop-off your devices in-person, we can ship you a return kit. If you’d like a return kit, please fill out the Shipping Materials Request form ( Make sure your mailing address is up to date in your myMadisonCollege student portal.
