Scan directly to your Madison College Email

  1. Swipe your OneCard OR enter your username and password to sign in.printsmart log in screen
  2. Any mobility print jobs waiting to be released will appear. Choose the Home icon in the top left.

  3. Choose the Scan option.

  4. Choose Scan to My Email.

  5. Change scan settings and Subject, as desired. Select/deselect Prompt for more pages, as needed. Choose Start to begin the scan.

  6. You will receive a message of Scan completed. Remember to log out if you are finished using the device.

  7. You will receive an email from no-reply-printsmart@madisoncollege.edu with an attachment of your scanned document.
