Scan to OneDrive and Scan to My Email from MFD is currently available at all Madison College Libraries and SACs to current students and employees. We do also have flatbed scanners at many library and SAC locations.

Swipe your OneCard OR enter your username and password to sign in.
Any mobility print jobs waiting to be released will appear. Choose the Home icon in the top left.
Choose the Scan option
Choose Scan to OneDrive.
Change scan settings and filename, as desired. Note scan location of /Apps/Scans for Papercut MF so you can locate your file in OneDrive. Select/deselect Prompt for more pages, as needed. Choose Start to begin the scan.
You will receive a message of Scan completed. Remember to log out if you are finished using the device.
You will receive a one-time email from scans@papercut.com to authorize scans to go to your OneDrive. Click to Login to OneDrive for Business and log in to complete the authorization within 24 hours.
You will see a message that your authorization was successful.
A confirmation email will be sent to your student email from scans@papercut.com once the scan is available in your OneDrive.

You will receive an email from no-reply-printsmart@madisoncollege.edu with an attachment of your scanned document.
