LinkedIn Learning: Get Started

First-time users

  • Set up your  Madison College LinkedIn Learning account using your Madison College email and password.
  • Step through the form to create your personal Madison College LinkedIn Learning account.

Account linking

  • Choose whether or not to link your LinkedIn Learning account to your LinkedIn.com profile
  • You do not have to link the accounts. If you choose to opt out of using a LinkedIn profile, you will have a separate LinkedIn Learning account.

Returning visits

  • If you linked your LinkedIn.com profile, you can login from this guide OR login at LinkedIn.com using your LinkedIn username and password. 

  • If you did not link your account, login using your college username and password from this guide.

  • Log in to LinkedIn Learning. 
  • Search for the course or individual video you wish to share and open the video.
  • Copy the URL from the address bar and Paste the link  into Blackboard or an email.

Include this guide link - https://libguides.madisoncollege.edu/LiL with information about setting up accounts. Students, faculty and staff must log in with their own Madison College LinkedIn Learning account in order to watch any of the videos. 

The embed option is just for sharing videos on your LinkedIn.com profile and not intended for use with Blackboard courses.
