First Version Open Educational Resources: How Can the Library Help?

Supporting the Curriculum, our Faculty and our Students

Central to the core mission of the library is the quality of its collections. The Collection Development team focuses on building and maintaining library collections in various formats to support the curriculum and the mission of the college.  Additionally, the library strives to support the needs of faculty and staff in their work and research.

Library Resources as Textbook Alternatives

While not strictly speaking OER, Library resources may be combined in a Research Guide, to create highly customizable textbook alternatives using resources that are already in place, and thus, free to students.  These include Films on Demand, e-books, articles, and more. Consult your Librarian Liaison to explore this option.
