Academic Technology Launchpad: Sending email from Blackboard

You can send email through Blackboard to your instructor, or other students in your class if your instructor has allowed this feature. 

• From a Blackboard course, select Send email from a link in the navigation or under Tools. 
• From myBlackboard, select Send email from the Tools Module. 

If your instructor allows assignments to be submitted by email, you can send email directly from within Blackboard or through your student email account and include an attachment, if you want.
